Sweet Dreamers

6 Weeks to 15 months

Tender care for our youngest friends

Our infant program is thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality care while supporting your child's individual growth. Our cozy yet vibrant environments guide infants through essential developmental stages. Our experienced teachers focus on social, cognitive, physical, and mental development, working closely with families to create personalized schedules.

    • Our cozy, yet vibrant environments will help guide your little one through some of the most crucial developmental stages of their lives.

    • Our constant emphasis on the social, cognitive, physical, and mental capabilities of each child and working one-on-one with each of our families allows us to create a schedule and routine that would best work for your little one.

    • Transitioning from a home environment into a childcare setting can be bumpy and we're here to help steer you every step of the way!

    • Our teachers are highly trained and certified in providing and aiding your little ones through each developmental step, in addition to giving them the comfort and love of a family environment.

    • Our teachers know the importance of milestones being reached and work individually with each child to ensure that those needs are met. Whether that be tummy time, working on gross and fine motors skills, or creating fun arts and crafts; your child's day will be filled with challenges and support to ensure they're properly developing and growing!

    • Before your sweet one starts their adventure at Dreamers, we ask that you provide the office with a rough outline of your child's schedule that we can share with our teachers. We kindly ask to include feeding, nap times, and any tips or tricks you may have! Does your little one use a sleep sack? Do they like a sound machine? Do they like being sung to?

    • A Daily Report reflecting your child's day (feeding, sleep, bowel movements, and general temperament) will be sent home each day up until your child turns the age of two.

    • Each morning at drop-off, we ask that you let your child's teachers be made aware of any information pertaining to your child to help ease their day at school.

    • Please be sure to check your child's report each evening to make sure you're up to date about your child's day! Of course, if you ever need to be contacted throughout the day regarding your child, we will always reach out via our office. Transparency is one of our biggest priorities in ensuring the comfort and safety of your sweet bug.

    • Diaper changes happen in no more than two-hour increments or as needed; children are changed on a sanitized changing table and all soiled clothes are put away in a bag to return home at the end of the day. Our teachers sanitize and disinfect the table after each diaper change and wash their hands thoroughly to encourage safe and clean spaces.

    • We love taking our friends outside! We typically try to go outside twice a day, weather permitting, to our very own playground!

    • Each child has a different schedule when it comes to being fed and we love that we are able to meet the needs of every little one who joins our family. You will be required to supply any and all formula/breast milk and bottles for your child.

    • Our teachers will report if a child begins to show interest in feeding themselves and will encourage little ones to begin independent eating slowly.

    • All our teachers are trained in accordance with DCFS guidelines, are CPR certified, have completed Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Shaken Baby Syndrome certifications, Mandated Reporter Status, and are continuously working to complete 15 training hours annually to further along with their education and knowledge of infant care.

    • In addition to the one-on-one schedules, your child will have his/her very own crib!

    • We hope to provide you with all the tools and mechanisms that you may need in raising your little one!
